Refund policy
We do not have a return policy as we sell cosmetic products, we cannot take the risk to get it returned, as we cannot be sure if the products have been unworn.
Although, in case if the product is damaged, defective or it is a wrong item, you are able to get refunded by showing proof as of pictures of the products and a receipt of them and provide your account details for us to send your money back. If you receive any of the mentioned, we are extremely sorry and want to only serve you with the best customer service we can and provide you only the highest quality products. We will do the best we can to make your experience better in the future!
To start a refund process, you can contact us at lashxlavish@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send your refund as soon as we can, usually arrives in 2 business days back to your account. Items without first requesting as above will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not exchange products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
